Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Nawiri AI website and services, provided by Turidata Limited ("Nawiri AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Kenya. By using our website, messaging a Nawiri AI powered WhatsApp number, or engaging us as a client, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Nawiri AI provides AI consulting, WhatsApp automation, and related workflow and software services to small and medium-sized businesses, primarily in East Africa. Specific service scope, deliverables, and pricing for client engagements are agreed separately with each client.

2. Using our website and WhatsApp systems

You agree not to misuse our website or any WhatsApp number operated by Nawiri AI or its clients, including by sending unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or using automated means to interact with our services outside of normal use.

3. Client engagements

Where Nawiri AI delivers services to a business client, the specific scope, fees, timelines, and responsibilities are set out in a separate proposal or agreement with that client. These general terms apply in addition to, not instead of, any such agreement.

4. AI generated responses

Some of our services use AI to generate automated responses on WhatsApp. While we aim for accuracy and helpfulness, automated responses may occasionally be incomplete or imperfect. Automated responses do not constitute a binding offer, confirmed order, or legal commitment unless explicitly confirmed by a human representative of the business you are messaging.

5. Intellectual property

The Nawiri AI name, logo, website content, and the software and workflows we build are the property of Turidata Limited or our licensors, except where a client agreement states otherwise. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce our materials without permission.

6. Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, Google Workspace, and various hosting and infrastructure providers. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes to their policies.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nawiri AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a client engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding three months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our systems for anyone who violates these terms. Client engagements may be terminated according to the terms of the relevant client agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
