Data Deletion Instructions

If you have interacted with Nawiri AI, whether through our website, a WhatsApp number operated by Nawiri AI or one of our clients, or as a client of our services, you can request that we delete your personal data from our systems.

How to request deletion

Send an email to connect@nawiriai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," including:

• The phone number, email address, or name associated with your data
• Which business or WhatsApp number you interacted with, if known

What happens next

1. We will confirm receipt of your request within a few business days
2. We will locate and delete your personal information from our systems, including conversation history, contact records, and related data, within 30 days
3. We will confirm once deletion is complete

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, for example financial or tax records, or where necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

Deleting your data from WhatsApp itself
